To provide a specialized “Bounty Task” experience, we collect the following data:
- Account Information: Email address, username, and password (encrypted).
- Profile Data: Country, age group, and gender. This data is used solely to match you with relevant tasks.
- Web3 Data: Public wallet addresses provided by the user for reward distribution. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., OneSignal ID) for push notifications.
3. Biometric Data Policy
Our application utilizes Android’s native BiometricPrompt API for identity verification (KYC).
- Local Processing: All biometric data (Fingerprint, Face ID) is processed locally within the secure enclave of your device’s hardware.
- No Transmission: We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data to our servers. We only receive a success/fail token from the Android OS.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
We use OneSignal to send push notifications regarding new tasks and account updates. OneSignal may collect certain device identifiers to ensure message delivery. Please refer to OneSignal’s Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Data Usage & Task Matching
Your profile data (Country, Age, Gender) is processed by our “Smart Task Engine” to filter available bounties. This processing is automated and does not involve profiling for third-party advertising.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
In compliance with Google Play requirements:
- Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.

- Upon request, all personal data (email, profile info, history) will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security of Data
We implement industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access. However, given the nature of blockchain technology and internet-based services, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
JBC Launchgate is a gateway to the JBC Ecosystem. We are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from blockchain network volatility.
- Incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
- Third-party service interruptions.
